Daniel Eckstein is the Founder and CEO of Iceland Industrial Group. Coming from a family with deep roots in real estate, Daniel developed a strong foundation early on. He began his career at Madison Title, gaining hands-on experience in the legal and transactional side of deals before joining his family’s real estate office, where he spent several years sharpening his skills across acquisitions, operations, and asset management.Known for his aggressive drive, sharp instincts, and attention to detail, Daniel leads with a hands-on, deal-focused approach that reflects his passion for uncovering value and building long-term relationships. Whether he’s walking a property, diving into underwriting, or out on the golf course networking, Daniel brings the same energy and thoroughness to everything he does.

Zevi Hofstatter is a Co-Founder at Iceland Industrial Group, where he brings a unique combination of relationship-driven sales expertise, operational insight, and deep healthcare and real estate experience. As a senior executive at Innovative Supply Group, Zevi built a national presence working with over 1,800 skilled nursing facilities, forging strong relationships with operators, vendors, and decision-makers across the country.Zevi’s strength lies in his ability to connect the dots between people, problems, and opportunities. With a sharp eye for execution and a relentless commitment to service, he plays a central role in identifying assets, navigating complex transactions, and building lasting partnerships. Iceland Industrial Group was born out of a shared vision between Zevi and Daniel Eckstein—to bring institutional standards to the acquisition and management of cash-flowing industrial assets.
